Sean Bell - Outdoor Instructor
Whether it’s teaching a group of NHS workers how to shoot on a rifle range…
setting a team of BT technitions adrift on a self made raft or kayaks…
…teaching SEN students how to rock climb…
…guiding a group of visually impaired people around a High Ropes course…
…dangling Halifax Building Society staff members down an abseil…
…as a qualified instructor in numerous “outdoor pursuits” Sean’s covered them all. Delivering his outdoor instructing services on a freelance basis, Sean’s often requested by name for returning clients at the two activity centres who most often use his instructing services. That includes teaching school children “hills skills”, how to navigate and outdoors / backwoods cooking – skills he learned as a Scout whilst a teenager. Sean returned to Scouting as a leader, media relations manager and assessor in the early 2000’s, helping young people to experience everyday adventure, whilst learning valuable skills for life.
